How does the free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Create your workspace, set it up and use every feature in your plan. No card is needed to register, and you only subscribe when you are ready.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Start on Free or Growth and move up to Business or Pro when you add staff, branches or tills. Your data stays where it is.
Do you buy the custom domain for my online store?
No. You purchase the domain yourself. On Business, the settings to connect that domain to your online store become available, so you can point your own address at the store. Pro and Enterprise include those settings too.
How do SMS credits work?
SMS is pay-as-you-go: top up credits from inside your workspace and the live balance shows in the header. Some packages include free SMS every month, added when your subscription renews. You can also set your own sender name.
How does WhatsApp work?
WhatsApp is a monthly subscription of GHS 150, with unlimited message sending. Setup includes entering your WhatsApp number. Invoices, receipts, reminders and broadcasts all go out on that subscription for the month.
Can I send invoices and receipts on WhatsApp?
Yes. Invoices, receipts, reminders and order updates can go out by WhatsApp, SMS or email, either automatically through triggers or when you click Send.
How do customers pay me online?
Open Settings, then Payment collection, pick Hubtel, Paystack, Flutterwave or MojoPay and paste your API keys. Clients then pay invoices by mobile money or card from the invoice link or the client portal, and the money settles in your own merchant account. Shoppers on your online store check out with Paystack.
What if my payment platform is not listed?
Send a request with the platform name and website. Our team reviews every request, replies by email and adds the platforms most businesses ask for.
Is my business data secure?
Each business has its own workspace and data. Sign-in supports two-factor verification by SMS, email or WhatsApp, plus Google and Apple sign-in, and roles control exactly what each person can see and change.
Can I run several businesses or branches?
Yes. Owners can switch between businesses from one login, and each business can have several branches with their own staff. Business includes 1 business and 2 branches. Pro includes 2 businesses and 5 branches.
Can BlueQ connect to my other software?
Yes. The Developer API covers every module, with documentation, a Try-it console and Postman and OpenAPI downloads. For example, your website, mobile money alerts or delivery apps can send sales, payments and orders in, and accounting software, spreadsheets and dashboards can pull your numbers out. Every plan gets a free sandbox key for testing; live access is read-only on Business and read/write on Pro.
